Whether you’re chatting to our team in the showroom, or inviting a fitter into your home, you will always be treated with consideration and respect. When doing home visits, our fitters will always clearly introduce themselves. They aim to be on first name terms and inspire trust in every customer.
2. Consultation
Before starting any work, we will clearly set out costs and project scope to ensure everyone is on the same page. If there’s a chance that something might not go to plan, we will discuss this with you beforehand. For example, sometimes it is unclear whether an old, decaying window can’t be repaired until it is removed.
3. Planning
We plan ahead so that you can have an efficient and stress-free experience. Whatever we start in a day, we finish in a day so you don’t have to worry about draughts or security. Plus, we’ll never leave a job half-finished to start another project. When we’re in your home, you’re the priority. For this reason, we complete most projects in just two days.
4. Installation
As well as being polite and making you feel at ease while we’re working in your home, you can also trust our team to respect your property. We install windows and doors with care, causing as little disruption as possible. When we’ve finished, we remove any rubbish and clean up, so our customers can arrive home to a warm, secure and spotless home.
5. Review
Fairco’s comprehensive aftercare service means you can rely on us if you encounter any problems after fitting. We aim to please, even after an installation is complete.
