Official Fairco Complaints Procedure

At Fairco Windows and Doors, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to resolving any complaints you may have in a timely and satisfactory manner.

 

How to File a Complaint

If you have a complaint, please submit your complaint via the form on this page and a member of our Customer Service Team will respond to you within 7 days.

Your Service Details

    You can find your order number on your original sales contract

    Our Complaint Resolution Process

    1. Acknowledgement:
      • Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge receipt and reply within 7 days.
    2. Investigation:
      • Our team will investigate the issue thoroughly and may contact you for additional information.
      • If we need to visit your home to investigate further, a member of our Customer Service Team will book a visit time with you.
    3. Resolution:
      • We aim to resolve all complaints within in a timely and satisfactory manner.
      • If additional time is needed, we will inform you of the progress and the expected resolution date.
    4. Follow-Up:
      • After resolving the complaint, we will follow up to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.
