GALLERY: A new conservatory from Fairco
At Fairco we work hand-in-hand with our clients from the moment you decide to upgrade your windows.
From the design stage working with our experienced sales teams through to the installation department and finishing with our fitters in your home. We want to help at every stage of the process and nowhere is this more important than right at the beginning.
At Fairco, we take the time to talk you through every aspect of the project, so you feel confident you are making the right choice. First, one of our professional advisors will visit you, at your convenience, in your own home, free of charge and find out exactly what you are looking for.
Our expert will suggest options and discuss alternatives helping you to make the right decisions. We will then provide a firm quotation and explain any promotional offers available.
The next stage is to arrange for our professional surveyor to visit to check any structural issues and to measure everything accurately, as all products are “made to measure” for your home. Once we have agreed all the details, your windows are sent for manufacture each window individually, tailor made for you.
We also notify you when our installation team will be able to fit your windows, doors or conservatory. On the agreed day, the installation team will arrive and after preparation work they will carefully remove your old windows.
The aperture is then prepared and your new window securely installed and sealed. Finally, the installation will be left neat and tidy and you will be asked to sign our detailed inspection report. You will receive full details of your guarantee and our exclusive ‘after sales’ service so you can contact Fairco to quickly resolve any little problems.
And then, best of all, you can relax and enjoy the full beauty and benefits of your new windows, doors or conservatory, safe and sound in the knowledge that you made the right choice!
This pedigree provides excellent reassurance that, unlike many window companies, Fairco is “here today and here tomorrow!”
