Fairco customer hails excellent after-sales service

“I rang the service department yesterday because we had problem with a bracket on a gutter.
“Colm [from Fairco] arranged for a serviceman to call today and we were told he would call at 10am.
“Imagine my shock when the repair man arrived at 10!
“We are always left waiting hours when we have arranged a time with other companies to call to our house, so a sincere thank you for excellent service.
Storm Doris was still going this morning, so the man did an excellent job in awful weather.
“I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, but thank him for being so prompt, cheerful and proficient this morning.
“I will recommend Fairco to anyone thinking about windows and doors.”
